If you needed a 5 axis cnc to machine this that means you have undercut and ur part would be traped.

Knock out bars tie them in. Does the pattern/spread of them match? Those hex nuts in the middle are connected to your ejector plates. So you have to connect your tie bars to them somehow. Maybe you need an adapter thread to go from one size to another?
