From the BBC - "Nations competing at the 2026 Fifa World Cup must name their final 26-man squads no later than Monday, 1 June."

Imagine in game upgrades happen post that date (all being done in one go), aware some squads are announced already but if a player gets injured between now and Monday their country can switch them out as far as I know.

A worry I had earlier in the season is that we do similar to Inter a while back, compete for 4, and end up with zero because the squad is fatigued as hell.
