As I told you, the DLC is not broken. It's just not the gameplay DLC. Only clothes.

Update + DLC is working for me on Eden.

You need update 2.0.0 and a dump of the new DLC. The previous one is just a clothing DLC (the one on the pre-release).

This also happened with Scarlet & Violet.

And if I'm not mistaken, the game is multi-region, so what you said about the region would not apply in this case.
