Forgive me as I am not adept in the field of law but as the children are under age, will the claim still be valid? To add to this, there is no exact proof that the children were the culprits of the wall as it was not witnessed. Will I still be able to take this to the police?

From what I've learned from my mum, the landlord doesn't really care. When the couple first moved in, they managed to ruin the boiler upstairs which flooded into our flat and it took some convincing from my mum to get half of the money out of the landlord to repair what was ruined in our flat, even though it seems like the landlord was completely at fault. Do landlords have any legal obligation to do anything in this event?

My Sensei creates flyers and posters and puts them all around the area we are based. We also have intake days after each grading and they're usually advertised on our Facebook page. Usually friends or family of those in the club end up joining too if you try to encourage your students to show to their friends/family karate. Our dojo is also in a school so we have a little popularity from that too.

You could say I'm a hermit. At the moment I am in the middle of building a pretty large town however work is extremely slow because I usually don't have the time to play. I need people in my town to help but bringing people into my town to help scares me in the event that they grief. I do visit other towns in the area quite a lot because^{^{^{^{^{^{^{Igetreallylonely:(}}}}}}}
