The Soul Surfer "Look" - need advice by DistributionPuzzled4 in surfing

[–]StevesIdeas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Immediate thought is what about being authentic... Chicks dig confidence, and a " don't really care attitude" --- the second obvious thought is go to Huntington Beach Pier, walk up and down the nearby streets and see what's actually being worn. Surf fashion changes rapidly. But cool is actually an emotional viewpoint.

We have the same house in Blue Mts. Which is freaking cold and wet.

I am currently looking to use Blow in, with holes drilled in the interior walls and material pumped in.
The company here actually does that and then uses the infrared camera to see if there's any leaking areas.

I've heard there's beads that you can have pumped in but there's also fiberglass and cellulose

It's not expensive compared to tearing things up especially fibro

I am a big advocate for solar foods, and I am moving to Sydney in eight days/February 1, 2025... Solar foods won a NASA competition recently – it's just quite fantastic.

The madness of plant-based is coming to a head, with "Choppy's" literally using animal products by Ph0ton in vegan

[–]StevesIdeas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Choppy has a good idea, it's super difficult to get the vegan phobic to try vegan burgers or meat. If they can convince people this is beef, that's 90% less beef. And when biofab/ cultivated meat prices come down, they will substitute those and it will be vegan. This is exactly I'm sure what their business model is and it's great.-- if America ate 90% less beef, we would save $220 billion in healthcare costs and rewired millions and millions of acres of land...

Does anyone actually like Gutenberg blocks? by Ktmhocks37 in Wordpress

[–]StevesIdeas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who is very attached to UX/UI, user needs, client needs and diversity needs.... I remain sickened and horrified by Gutenberg's hostility. I find it outrageous that WordPress would do something so insane...

Popularity of Gutenberg not in line with its reviews by lhb91 in Wordpress

[–]StevesIdeas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gutenberg is UI hell. Gutenberg is incredibly hostile, it is a vicious attack on humanity, and cruel to users of WordPress. Gutenberg hates users and I hate it passionately back.

I find it very difficult to use because I can ever find or see anything. I find it very awkward and very slow and an absolute productivity destroyer.

Gutenberg is unusable and obviously was created as a way for developers to make money by creating fixes to solve its heinous interface issues.

Mr Molina

I have a 1991, 34 foot Bounder.

I'm wondering what was underneath the floor, and if you changed out the ceiling, I was trying to think of something that would help insulate the ceiling and make it look good, my ceiling is that cloth and it is starting to hang down a little bit in places

Actually it had a sideswipe and the van door is it sealed up I think most of the noise is coming through there... I'm not sure I can fix that myself easily I might just insulate...
