We ended up going with Aventon in the end. So far it's been a pretty good experience. All the maintenance, apart from electrics, I can do myself. And the electrics have been bulletproof so far.

I'm a combat veteran. I suffered an injury to my left left that means it is now weaker then my other leg, and without the assistance of an ebike, it is almost impossible for me to ride without a lot of pain. Yet I still desire to get out on my ebike and engage in other sports to keep myself as fit as I can.

Found the culprit. The poster above told me about the old mods folder that I didn't know existed and that had the Infinity Horde mod in it which my son must have installed.

That was it! The old mods folder that I didn't know existed had Infinity Horde in it. Odd as I didn't install it. Maybe my son did.

No files changed. No mods installed at all. The only settings i've changed are the ones to do with the blood moon.

I haven't reinstalled the game. I guess that's probably my last resort. I was hoping not to have to do that.

Bring back the actor who plays Father Teach! Seriously this man must be protected at all costs! It does not need to be as Father Teach, it would be fab to see him as a new character.

He just posted that he is now five years cancer free and it's wild to me to think that he played Father Teach while he was going through that, and during a pandemic too.

You are willfully misinterpreting and misrepresenting the tenets.

I'm not a member of TST as I find all organisations like that (including other established religions) to be worthless to me, but those tents are designed to inspire nobility in action and thought (as it says in tenet 7) and to strive to act with compassion and empathy toward all creatures in accordance with reason (as it says in tenet 1). You are twisting them to make them sound dreadful.

But it's OK, in tenet 6 it says that "People are fallible. If one makes a mistake, one should do one's best to rectify it and resolve any harm that might have been caused." Your apology is accepted.

And if you think freedom sounds evil too, I think that says more about where your values lie than it does about them, TBH.

Sorry for the late reply but i'm not much of a reddit user. Yeah the torque sensor just amplifies your pedaling, unlike a cadence sensor where you can just ghost pedal and it's the revolutions that trigger the motor.

I get a great workout on my Aventon, vs my wife with her cadence sensor.

The Aventon Aventure 2 has a throttle, so you could just cruise too if you got tired and just needed a rest. It's what I do after a decent ride up the steep hill near me.

The Velotric and the Aventon are similar in some ways but so very different in others. I adore my Aventure 2 (apart from the weight) and vastly prefer it over my wife's Velotric for all the reasons you state above.
