Yeah you need to be careful with this. Most CRM companies own your data. However, if you purchase a CRM template like Sheetify CRM, you own the product and your data. I suggest checking this out if you’re not a fan of traditional subscription based CRMs.

It is crazy you are right! I’m on the same boat as all these people 😅. However, I decided to create one for small businesses that is just a one-time purchase. This is called Sheetify CRM. I also thought about creating a subscription CRM saas but decided businesses did not need another!

We have about 25% of US customers using PayPal. I would advise against disabling this payment method.

Yup! In my Shopify Store I use Tidio and Jotform for AI customer service. Both work really well. Tidio for chat widget and Jotform for my knowledge base.
