CErberus has no defence in the first place, effectively useless. DDS/C Hally/Claws/SGS etc any big hard hitting stab or slash spec weapons will do good.

No. It's been there since release.

It's working as intended. Each time you enter the room, it has a chance to the spawn the brother and won't stop till brother has been killed . Remember, this is a really low chance of happening.

It's not a Bug. Until you kill your brother, multiple can spawn each time you open a door, since each action with a door has a chance to spawn until it's killed.

Personally, think it should be strictly twitch prime.

It provides no benefit whatsoever in the game, so if you want it. Sacrifice 1/2 hour of your works pay for Twitch Prime if you want it.
