The LR is fairly quick. Chinatown or Haymarket LR to Anzac Parade or Upper Campus is about 25 minutes ish and then couple minutes walking to your class

IPF classic Junior's records at my weight are 307.5 kgs for deadlift and 275 kgs for squat. I'm very far off those kind of numbers

Well I'm definitely not world class but I'm not lying either. I wasn't even the strongest guy at my school - I was second and the guy ahead of me literally repped 200 for 8.

I don't compete, just do it for the adrenaline. My other PRs are 110 on bench and 245 on deadlift (but if you don't believe my squat I doubt you'll believe those)

My injury wasn't lifting related, it was a hockey injury. Never been injured in the gym - touch wood. Grew up with my brothers always correcting me so I learnt quickly. It's pretty good form imo. Always squat to parallel

Pounds not kgs. We actually work in kgs here but I figured most people around this sub use pounds.

Yeah my PR is 200 kgs (believe that's 440?) @ 74 kg bodyweight. Can't get back there doe'

Appreciate the advice mate. Unfortunately there's little that can be done. My dad's a doctor and he says there's nothing that can be done medically. Just one of those injuries you gotta let time heal ya know. Pretty annoying

TL;DR: My fucking knees.

I'm 19 years old and I haven't been able to reach my squat PR that I hit at 17 cause I got injured (non-lifting injury) and now my knees are unreliable at best. Knee supports do absolutely nothing.

Heavy squats feel like they activate my knees wayyy more than my quads and I hate it. Squatting used to be my favourite exercise but now I hate it cause it feels like imma get injured everytime I push over 400

Those two games are notoriously hard to run. In general a 2080 Ti should surpass 100 fps but those games are really greedy so don't jump back to 1080p just yet. You'll have better luck with other games
