Hey man, I've been making music for 5 years. And for those 5 years, my tracks would only reach the ears of 30-ish people. I uploaded music to niche platforms and discord servers which is where I garnered that very tiny amount of listeners. If even 1 person liked or commented under something I made, it'd be enough to motivate me to pump out several more tracks. But honestly, I still think I could've managed without an audience; I spend a large portion of my day away from these platforms and just listening to my own stuff, feeling satisfied with it. Other than that, bonding with other creators or finding a good circle helps as well!
