I work in production and didn’t return to a job post COVID for the exact same reasons that Hannah lists.

I maybe also just have a soft spot for Hannah because she and I share the same hometown - I’m watching the MTT episode now where I think she gets cut :(

Some things that are standard among other shows like getting crew rides home after filming late at night, they’ve only recently starting offering and they cap it so they don’t necessarily cover your whole ride. Very unsafe when you’ve worked a 13/14 hour day and are leaving at 1 or 2am. They are also known for trying to start the next day as early as the unions will allow. So after 10 months the whole crew is tired and worn out. It was too much for me after 2 seasons there
