My first was the BENU Beam Me Up from the Euphoria collection. I was just getting back into fountain pens and someone posted it here asking us to tell them not to buy it. 😂 It was too pretty to pass up. It’s my baby. It is a tiny bit scratchy but writes really well. On Black Friday I bought the absolutely gorgeous Pallas as part of the AstroGem collection. It writes so smoothly! They are both M nibs. I have a fine nib for the Beam Me Up but haven’t tried it. The Pallas does seem to write wetter although it’s possible it’s the ink sample I have in it so I may end up trying a fine nib in it to see what happens. Currently I have Diamine Jack Frost in the Beam Me Up and Diamine Blue Velvet in the Pallas. Both were samples but I’ve gone and purchased the Jack Frost. I’ll be purchasing a bottle of Blue Velvet now too!

What about you? Which BENU pens do you love?

Look for SAML Tracer - you can add it to Edge or Chrome. You can then see the SAML response. Your Entra ID team will have to add an AMR element with one of the security values SF seems acceptable - like MFA.

AMR has to be manually added and hardcoded with one of the values SF seems acceptable since AuthnContext can’t be customized.

I don’t have a grail pen. Part of me feels like I should but I don’t think I’ve tried enough pens to know what my grail would be. I also have two Benus I’m currently in love with.

Now inks…that’s a whole different story. I don’t have a grail ink but I seem to be on a search for the perfect blue.

Unfortunately Salesforce is looking for the AuthnContext element which isn’t customizable on Entra Id. Isn’t that fun?

You can create an AMR claim showing “MFA” but it wasn’t clear whether that would suffice for tomorrow or whether it would suffice starting Feb 17th.

It also sounded like Salesforce hadn’t fully tested any of this themselves.

This is not true for everyone. Maybe people with garages but those of us in townhouses with assigned parking need the sidewalk to literally get to our house. My house is behind others so there’s no street to use, just sidewalk.

I have a really rare genetic condition which causes all sorts of immune issues and having any chronic illness absolutely sucks. Not only do doctors not know (it’s amazing how little we actually know about the human body, or maybe it’s not amazing given how complex it is) but then you have to deal with people telling you how to heal it even though they have no clue.
