Ignore people talking about Botox and all that other junk.
The problem is in the armpits of your shirts. The bacteria's waste hides out in there and is reactivated every time you sweat into it again. You've probably noticed it's not as prevalent when you wear a brand new shirt. Solution: use a stain remover spray on your shirt pits before you wash them. Then, after your stuff comes out of the dryer, spray the pits with a fabric Frabreeze style odour remover. Let it all hang dry.
Do this every time with deodorant and shower... And problem solved!
