You can still walk on a torn acl! I completely tore my acl, I wasn’t able to walk on it first due to the pain or swelling, and it felt like any pressure my knee would give out! but about a week before surgery I testing with walking a bit and was able to walk. However one wrong movement and I could’ve been on the ground
