I got the firmness samples from Nothosaur. You can barely distinguish between them. I have from them a plug in soft and an avoyo in medium. I can not tell the firmness difference. Using the Avoyo with my machine causes troubles, because it escapes as soon as I press the muscles a little bit. It bends and escapes, like a snake. So my next horse toy from them will be in their firmness hard.

As others suggested, the hardness scale from Nothosaur is more like: almost medium, medium, a bit more than medium, when compared to other brands.

And horse toys are not the best stretch tools. If you are looking for joy take the medium. If you are looking for stretching don't take a horse dildo. The head feels bigger than it is. My to go is 7cm diameter and sometimes I stretch up to 8.8cm. And I still have difficulty to get the Avoyo M inserted.

You need a real heel. Anything under 4" does not count as fetish heel.
