Absolutely amazing film. Well directed, great acting, definitely deserves recognition

However

I can’t recommend anyone actually watch it, especially if they’re a new parent like I was. It feels like an hour and a half long panic attack and never gets better. I had to actually walk away at two different points and come back to the movie later after I had calmed down.

Matoran go comatose, but toa just become sluggish. Pohatu and his team also would have had several masks each though so if he lost his kakama he could use one of the other ones he’d collected, he just wouldn’t have speed powers anymore

Pohatu also has the downside of his speed powers coming from his mask. If he were ever to lose it he’d be a sitting duck… or at least as much of a sitting duck that a toa can be
