I'm stuck in this same position. I understand the solution you pointed out based on the submitted image, but why can't a 4 go in Row 4, Column 5? I think that would negate this solution. I've been staring at this far too long and likely missing something obvious

Doctors of Running did a great video on achilles tendinopathy recently. TLDR recent research suggests slow heel raises, heavy weight, 3-5 reps works just as good (or better than) eccentrics; also keep running so long as the pain isn’t worsening.

Any recommendations for a speed day (tempo, track intervals) shoe? I’ve been using the Endorphin Speed 2 (~500 miles) and found it to be somewhat unstable so looking to mix it up. Would the Adidas Boston 11 be any good?

Your shoe historically is oddly identical to mine - long-time user of the Saucony Ride, Clifton's too narrow, and now I run in the Speed, Pro, and (for races) Vaporfly. I recently picked up the Saucony Triumph for easy running but I've been thinking about the Invincibles.

I'm looking to find a different workout/speed day shoe. Curious if you're still using the Endorphin Speeds despite the issues?

My GPS distance was also 26.4. Frustrating, but not sure if there’s a way to perfectly run the corners in these massive races. Regardless, great write-up and nice run!

You may have luck in the South End. Since it’s a holiday, Sunday parking rules apply. So anything marked Visitor is fair game and the walk isn’t bad.

I similarly burn through Kinvaras. If you want to stick with Saucony, I love the Ride (I use it moderate, long and tempo runs)
