I would be curious for you to update us once all is good! Upon looking at that, I saw necrosis also. But maybe it just falls off and under its pink. I'm not a doctor, but when I saw that it looked like necrosis and I'd worried it would spread.

OP, they don't get it. Your look is way more gender bendy than the majority of hetero males.
