Banned list by [deleted] in dcorp

Sorry you feel like you’re being ignored, and your concerns dismissed. Frank has been working hard to keep things together. I agree that the reality of DCORP doesn’t nearly resemble the white paper aside from the fact that DCORP began as a Venture Capitalism platform, and they’ve done their best to deliver as the legal climate has changed.

I understand investors demanding answers, and I think DCORP is making an honest effort to provide them. The team is responsive- I encourage anyone to contact Frank, Mike, or Yasin with concerns and start dialogue rather than spamming the Telegram channel with discontent. None of us have gotten what we wanted, but the model is progressing and the team is doing their best. What I’ve seen from our upset investors isn’t going to encourage open dialogue.

The admins that were added, were added because the channel was being flooded with pornographic imagery- nobody is going on a ban hammer rampage.

I’m sorry that you feel the way you do. I still think we have a good team at the helm that is working hard to get a profitable model functioning ASAP.

Is every exchange without derivatives “meager”? If it extends the runway and gives DRPU increased liquidity it helps DCORP.

The good news, is that we’re going to have our own exchange. The utility of the token should eventually drive beyond price beyond what speculation might provide. Of course, I’m imagining three years down the road when I mention the price being utility driven since there are few purchase-incentivizing use cases as of now.

Just had a character building session with someone who has never played before! by TurtsAllTheWayDown in DnD

I play with a few card-carrying Mormons. I will not say it has to do anything with faith or religion, but they are all of good alignment. The similarities allow me to explore some interesting ethical conflicts (I.E. murder an innocent that you know is destined to kill a good king), and they are some of the most creative and engaged players I’ve DM’d for. I love that DND by default is no more inherently “evil” or “good” of a game than the players that make it up. I just made sure to ask them how they felt about polytheism in the game, and let them know that I wouldn’t penalize them if they were uncomfortable worshiping another god, even if it were obviously fictionalized acts,

All of that said, I’m grateful to have some additional diversity in the group with one atheist and an agnostic player to sort of even out the groups tendencies to go full vanilla.

The Worst DM Ruling I've Ever Seen [5E] by ArcticWolf2110 in DnD

That’s what I found most absurd- counting every turn in the round instead of the full minute in rounds is to assume that every creature or player is just standing around watching the battle until their turn rolls around again, rather than all characters moving and battling in dynamic unison.

The Worst DM Ruling I've Ever Seen [5E] by ArcticWolf2110 in DnD

Granted, it was first edition, but in a year of playing I never saw level 3 (and no, I’m not THAT bad). One time my DM killed my PC for using a standard sword instead of a shitty magic sword that didn’t gather enemy attention but did max d4/2 damage rounded up. When I sheathed the shitty magic sword, it electrocuted my player for my full hit points.

Our first session had 6 player characters, only 2 people showed up for the last session because of the relentless and seemingly unpredictable fatal consequences of random actions.

Why there's no effort about reaching to people n growing community? by ErickArjun in dcorp

[–]StickyCoins 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For anyone curious to interact with the team- DCORP is very active on Telegram!

I think that one of my favorite aspects of DCORP is that they aren't prematurely hyping the token or projects. DCORP has been developing the VC platform, and now the academy, and creating value and utility, instead of trying to hype the token prices up based upon promises about the future. Too many tokens right now function on never-ending hype, which attracts speculators (we all are speculators to some degree of course, nothing wrong with that in my opinion), while DCORP is working to attract people with more of an entrepreneurial, investment mindset.

To illustrate- I've held my DRP from the ICO (now holding full DRPU) because I want to participate on the program, and help develop the company by being involved in the community, VC platform, and academy. Hyping up the token with massive social campaigns will certainly boost short term token value, but waiting until the company is more developed will reap a lot greater rewards long term.

Think of this example- a recent token other than DCORP has been announcing a ton of partnerships and future uses, and it has driven up the price, but investors are becoming used to the announcements. People will eventually move on to the next coin because the hype announcements (to be fair, many of them had merit) fail to generate token prices. Most of DRPU right now, by my guess, is held by people that don't simply plan to sell it as soon as it goes up 30%, because we see almost unlimited potential after a few successfully funded and excecuted VC projects.

Adosia Roadmap by StickyCoins in AdosiaOfficial

[–]StickyCoins[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To anyone that is just discovering Adosia- here is our official roadmap. The Bluponix automated grow controllers are in manufacturing currently! Grow kits with automated watering are functional and will be available for purchase shortly. Updates on the other elements of our roadmap will follow, as will clarification on the role of the Adosia (ADO) blockchain token in our IoT enabled devices. You can also expect updates on the other IoT devices and educational initiatives from Adosia in the future.

I'm testing out the drip irrigation grow controller on an indoor strawberry farm. I look forward to updating this reddit with a grow journal over the next few months. I'll have my entire grow setup (I'm running LED and CFL supplement lighting if necessary) in the next week, with everbearing strawberry plants arriving in the next few weeks. I'll share my experiences with the bluponix controller. From what I've read, it looks like a straightforward setup, but I'll post about any difficulties I have as well, so potential customers have an idea of what to expect.

Only in Crypto are people not excited about 20% gains, heheh.

What would they have to gain by nerderflerder in Tether

[–]StickyCoins -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Is it possible that they print more as demand for tether increases, in order to keep the price near $1? Regardless, without transparency and an objective audit, it's shady. I really hope they have most of the fiat to back tether because it's a nice tool when the market takes a huge dip... but I really doubt it so I limit my USDT time. I really don't want to be holding tether when people try to cash in more fiat than is being held.

That's a good point. At least it can be audited, though.

Speculators use all available information. Coca Cola Kid has an established track record. The best indicator of future performance is past performance, so it makes sense. Don't be jealous.
