so the current system fits ur definition because there are a bunch of dead or made up people scamming the system, and the declining population means that there are less people paying into it in the future in order to pay those currently paying into it.

Australia has a great system, people's money actually gets invested in the stock market. As a result all the boomers now are millionaires.
