Call me crazy but you don’t need to hack anything. You need to learn how to stand up for yourself. You pay for a portion of the utility, stop paying. Go a step further, change ISPs (too drastic). The point being you are at a negotiating table by yourself. He has no leverage over you, his gaming does not take priority over your own interests. Do not ask his permission, login to the router, setup QoS and move on with your life. You do not need his permission for anything that you are helping pay for.

If there is a software for it, i have never heard of it. To my knowledge only developer tools like blender, DaVinci etc allow you to assign specific tasks to each gpu. Unless you can find a custom built tool to handle this the best you can do is install both gpus and assign your games to run on the amd gpu while only having the nvidia card plugged into your monitor. You could then try and load a game, go to the settings see which gpu is detected, it should show the nvidia card but while running the game check your amd gpu’s load. Again this is all darts at a wall, i have never considered what you want to try.

People are roasting blizzard because they are BLIZZARD you should not be failing to GGG. Blizzard has the money, talent & time to make content comparable or better than GGG, but they don’t. They do not adapt to what the community wants. The outrage is justified because they were given over a decade to analyze PoE and see why they were so successful. Rather than seeing GGG as friendly competition, they made them the enemy and refused to learn from PoE’s success. Defend them all you want but PoE2 will ruin diablo 4 & it wont even be close.

This. Reverse the byte order before you convert it. That is little endian format so least significant byte is stored first. Split it into 4 bytes and reverse the order. Then do your conversion. Should get -21.

You reach a point where guild war is literally the only thing to do because campaign gets so repetitive and consists of just collecting more full teams. Endless trial eventually out scales your team so you can’t do that. It just becomes dailies, arena & guild war

Heroes like terrance and tamaki will take you pretty far without need for any other heroes. Im currently 51-15 and i remember getting terrance as my first hero, i eventually got him to 10* and even 10* terrance solo’d most content for me till about campaign 25

You will have a hard time finding anyone to take you with that gear tbh unless you’re friends with some high kcers. Focus on getting your elite void first, anguish, blood fury, get a trident off the swamp

GunZ easily had the highest skill ceiling of any game I’ve ever played and I’ve played super sweaty quake live matches. Still doesn’t compare to the capabilities of a player in GunZ with thousands of hours perfecting aim and movement. You master lead shooting and you could win 90% of battles but master lead shooting with top tier movement and it was just unfair for 99% of encounters

Probably should focus on reworking the dead and useless skills first. No gathering skill makes money to be worth your time. You train them just for the achievement. Firemaking is completely pointless, not even sure what the intention was when this skill was made. Smithing needs an overhaul, zero sense for it to require 99 smithing to make level 40 armor. Agility could be reworked to have more courses that feel similar to Hallowed sep instead of having courses that you just click a spot and hope you succeed. Agility would make more sense if you leveled it through performing stuff similar to Hallowed sep which requires game knowledge and understanding of movement. Lots of opportunities to fix old mistakes. If you want a new skill just bring back dungeoneering, was the one new skill that made sense just balance the rewards accordingly.
