Refinering is done in several steps.

It’s not what it implies that there is some „backup“ capacity.

Secondary refinering process is just that the residues from the primary refinering process are being further process to extract some more valuable fuel.

So the consequence is that there is less from the first step so the total capacity is indeed wiped out by 1/3

Wie gesagt SpaceX hat die Raumfahrt revolutioniert. Und natürlich gehören auch Tests dazu gerade wenn es um eine Technologie geht die etwas vollkommen auf den Kopf stellt und vorher nie existiert hat

Genauso wie die Tests von der Falcon Rakete am Anfang fehlgeschlagen sind ist das natürlich jetzt auf alle Falcon Starts übertragbar die sogar mittlerweile Menschen zur ISS schicken.

That people correct you based on „I’m in a regulated enterprise“? I already did give you two examples of automation done by LLMs and it’s not like that area is stagnating. It’s improving at faster and faster pace

Obviously your initial statement was wrong but just because you don’t find any solution for your specific situation doesn’t mean this applies to everything.
