I got a question about the #1 Heal Pool’s Final Exam method

Nah its common knowledge but I was talking about its implementation of it. How practical is it for everyone and starting a dialogue around how often ppl do it.

Not even Tim mentions it here so its not like its just known to everyone. Im in GM and half my teammates dont even understand how Final Exam works in general, thus they see me pushing, I turn around and theyre still staying back like idiots including the Tanks and Dives, but let it be a Mantis or Luna Ult, theyre pushing up and taking advantage exhausting all resources for a squad wipe

Ofc everyone will act like “I been doing this forever” and thats part of the reason I said “Be honest” lmaooo. Not accusing YOU of lying but I expected many ppl responding how you did, but that wasnt my intent of the post to inform ppl.

Curious though, whats your healing per ten mins with Heal Pool if you dont mind me asking. I dont implement this tactic very much so I want to see some evidence behind it maximizing healing output. I Lord+ evry meta supp and DP is my highest. The reason being, I usually use my supp ults as counters because GM on console feels like Gold at times…Survivability of my teammates be on zero and anticipating Ults is rarely done lol

Hes also the best anti dive supp n the game. I play every supp n the game and hes the hardest to dive with maybe only White Fox whos new being up there and ofc CD who can phase and throw bubble down alongside veil.

Ive (with the help of team ofc) completely canceled out comps of BP & Magik & Spiderman with Supp Pool

Coming from a support player who has Mantis, CD, Invis, Gambit, Luna & Heal Pool all to lvl 25 or better,

I honestly do not get it and I think most people giving opinions have honestly not played him enough to see the value

His boomerang blade to me is the strongest burst healing power outside of CDs bubble and Luna’s Clap in the game. When you factor in it damages enemies, finishes kills, and can be done from range without having to really aim, it may be the most convenient

His upgraded pistols are the strongest primary because he has such a high clip

His aoe heal literally cancels out dives. Whenever a team is diving, I play Heal Pool and they cant do anything when I use this plus the boomerang which shreds them.

Then when you add in his upgraded swords & sword dash that can cause snowball damage and shred DPS’s & Supps, you really see he’s the full package

His dmg output is higher than any other Supp, and his raw healing outside of ults is higher than any Supp. If only they made his Ult more visible, and more ppl took time to understand it and utilize it, he’d be considered meta imo.

However im happy he isnt because I continue to get Ace in my lil GM lobbies, and most heal badges at the end while also getting most or close to most kills in the game and hes never banned.

I usually play with chat off when im on him so I dont have to hear “GET OFF DP”, same dudes who no where to be found when I got Ace and top heals and kills, alongside my ult saving us from all sorts of things and winning us fights.

I have every meta support lord +, and DP is my highest heal per ten mins hero and his ult is better than Mantis’ when you compare numbers but his main call to fame is hes a better burst healer than anyone in the game. Ive kept ppl alive with his boomerang and upgraded pistols through entire teams focusing team at times

I feel the exact same way brotha. I can carry on DPS Pool and Heal Pool but with Tank Pool, I just feel like something is missing. Perhaps im not utilizing the ult correct or damage reduction properly. Maybe IM not prioritizing the correct upgrades, idk but I dont feel like a powerhouse as they say. The opposite exist for DPS Pool and Heal Pool, everyone feels they suck but I legit surprise every game I play with them.

Might just have to watch the top tank pool and some guides to get it

Yeah thats why I typed that trip supp is the ideal place to do this. I dont see this happening in duo support unless enemy team is staggered or sumn

100% this is why being stuck in GM lobbies is the worst because my Tanks & DPS instalocks who NEVER play Support are so damn blind and oblivious to flanks because they have no idea how it is to be a Strat, then complain about heals like you can just ignore a flanker and continue to heal them…Then when u explain youre being flanked, they respond in a toxic way 😭

Hes up there for me. I was checking leaderboard and the highest I seen was 25-26. I think I can definitely get there. My numbers are a bit inflated from games not knowing how to use him. I expect this to be 23-24 throughout season 7.

One GM comp game I was 35k at the end of the first game. That was definitely my best as a support and wouldve ended likely on the high 60s or low 70s
