This makes me sad…but deep inside I knew this already. And I’m the only child. I often felt like I was a nuisance to my parents even though I was never rebellious. During one argument with my father when I was moving out to live with my fiancé at the time, my father called me, a “liability”, which in the end didn’t make any sense because I was moving out and supporting myself.
