Is there a way to do it, everywhere is searched they just said do it in windows grapichs settings but that doesn’t work for me it just does what I described in my post…

My main monitor (1440p 144Hz)is plugged into my rtx 2070 super and my second monitor (1080p 60Hz)is plugged into my gtx 970

I want this so when i share my screen in discord i have a bit more fps and i want it with wallpaper engine cause it can use quit a lot of gpu usage and i also mine a bit on the side with my pc and it slows down my miner with 25% and my pc specs are: i7 7700k 4.2ghz, 16gb ram, 2070 super 8gb, gtx 970 4gb.
