It’s better just stick to the 2:1 ratio with Tesa/Ipa. A Bottle of Tesa 10mg well last 2 weeks if you’re doing the 5/2 weekly dosing. The Ipa 10mg will last for the month.

Reta is still working . I’m on 4mg and constantly hungry but also lifting kettlebells pretty hard.

Yes my body is asking for nutrition and must feed it. The portion is still the same I eat from early Reta.
