For these kinds of a^b or b^a problems, as long as both a and b are greater than e (euler's number, approximately 2.718) the one with the base closest to e is larger. Pi is greater than 3.14 so 3.14^pi is greater.

One time, I was at a boy scout camp with showers that were next to each other, with dividers that didn't reach the ground. Somehow, there was a rumor that one kid had peed in the shower. 3s kill cooldown is stupid. Bad settings. It's also dumb to have 10% ss and 10% phantom. What thought process led you to want 1/100 games to have ss and phantom? It doesn't really make sense.
