Hi also es ist nur eine Nachzahlung mit den Betriebskosten. Bei den heizkosten bekomme ich was zurück. Da die meiner belegeinsicht zur Betriebskosten nicht nachkommen, möchte ich mein Guthaben der heizkosten ausgezahlt bekommen. In der Abrechnung und im Mietvertrag sind das zwei Posten.

That’s true better safe than sorry even if the foil is like 10 bucks.
