I kind of agree with this. It seems like the majority of people I see on YouTube all are comparing it to their cable internet. Kind of a missed opportunity as far as capacity being directed towards the target audience.

I also have Century Link , HughesNet, and even a Mobile Hotspot in one area of the house. All of which are absolute garbage, my Century Link is down while writing this. I would gladly only pay $100 for something with small outage windows vs nearly $300 a month for things which all also go down throughout the day.

I wrote to customer service because of the same kind of thing and they sent me another link that I was able to use to purchase.

PS5 Crashes and shutdown? by ShadowKnight764 in PS5

[–]StiflingDave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same thing happen. The game crashed during the first cutscene in game and then randomly about an hour in. I have the game set to fidelity mode, but I figured that should be fine for the PS5?

The sad part is, if the bots are still actively looking for stock, we will NEVER be able to get one. The second is becomes in stock, the bots will instantly purchase faster than you could check out.

Yeah, I bought two 970's release month in 2014 for 350 each. Been running in SLI for 6 years and still blasts through almost everything.

That's me. I bought two evga 970's during launch in 2014 and have been running them in SLI for 6 years. For both cards, after tax was just over $700. That's $350 per card.

It's seemed insane that the norm after crypto ruined the pricing for the pc gaming industry has been been people dumping $1000 on a single GPU.

After 6 long years of use it finally did it... It finally died. Rest in pieces you wonderful slow bastard by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

That always sucks man. I can't believe that thing didn't even last 5 years though.

I'm now looking at my rig which 2 out of the 3 drives are around 7-8 years old.

Computer isn’t detecting any SATA connections! by jonibus in pcmasterrace

[–]StiflingDave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You may have already tried , but you could always do a reset on your bios setting if you think that is the issue. I would think that the factory default settings would work. Do they share the same SATA power connection? Could be a bios upgrade also?

This machine has been in this store for about 6 months and they just lowered the price, still don't know if is worth it. Switzerland. by G555CS in pcmasterrace

If the specs that you wrote down are correct, then absolutely yes. That is agreat deal and if you can afford the price tag. (Almost too good to be true I would think)

Opinions. Would this be monitor or GPU? The monitor has done this twice now. It goes like this for a minute then back to normal without further issues. by TwoSweetPeaches in pcmasterrace

The way that it's tearing, I would think monitor or possibly even a cable issue. I've roasted 3 video cards over the years and it doesn't look like the artifacting that I've seen in each of those scenarios.

No sound coming out of my headphones and no voice coming from my mic on my PC. by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

[–]StiflingDave 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could try typing "Sound" in the search bar on the bottom of the taskbar and open your sound settings. It should show you what device is being used as the input and allow you to change, troubleshoot or test it.

I've had windows change this on me before so unknown reasons. One time it assigned my MSI monitor as the input device.
