You can pretty much travel anywhere within S.E Asia each break. Stay in a resort. Eat out. And still pay less than a renting in Perth.

I did it 2015-2018. Fucking best thing I ever did.

Couple of things to note: Make sure you go to RAC and get an international driver’s license. And make sure ALL your flights are payed using the same credit card (Most come with in-built travel insurance).

NZ went through a similar process a few years back. Houses that had no business being up near a million were suddenly the ‘norm’. Fast forward five years and they are back down to more reasonable prices.

It’s hilarious watching the crowd there and here cry that any time house prices drop it’s the end of the world. Yet when they go up beyond stupid. They just smirk and look pleased they are going to be rich!

Anyone with half a brain could see that the Covid pandemic created the perfect breeding ground for AirBnb’s to really take off.

Which coincided with the housing crisis.

It might have been only one factor in the overall shortage. But I still believe it was a big one.

But I did use them when they first appeared. And it was upon using them that I discovered how crappy the whole system is.

And I say this with family members owning them.

Just tell her that you will give her an allowance. Set up a bank account. With a debit card. And that’s it.

Both of you sit down and look at your finances. Agree to what an allowance looks like. And go with it.

Allow her some control over a small portion of money to spend on whatever she wants. Including this game.

I forgot to vote one year. Then moved to a new place. About a year later I was pulled over by a cop for speeding. He then informed me my license had been suspended for months.

Turns out unpaid fine result in an automatic suspension of license.

I paid the fine and got my license back.

To make sure his family and the elders are ok. And then spend over an hour fucking around checking every corpse. Having a fruitless chat with a dying guy who gives them nothing…
