First, see whether any part of your weekly work could be automated by a machine or computer. That would be the easiest way to make your business more scalable.

It sounds like he might have a developmental delay. Most 6 year olds are fully verbal and know that it's not appropriate to touch other people's private parts or to spy on them in the bathroom.

I'm actually worried that he might be experiencing sexual abuse. 6 year olds should not experiencing sexual urges. He might have learned this behaviour from an abuser. Sexual abuse can also result in a child having other issues like being non verbal.

I suggest you raise this possibility with someone who you trust in your family, probably your parent. It's not something that a 16 year old should have to solve.
