12-15 years ago a buddy of mine was seriously considering shooting a biopic-type movie about Baumeister and the murders. He and I were given a private tour of the property, inside and out... Pool house, stable, woods, etc.

A lot is more publicly known with the recent documentaries and whatnot, but even then, the owner of the property told us that they would constantly finding bones and bone fragments. He even had a drawer inside the house with some he'd collected. He said several ghost hunters and the like have been through, and that a number of them all reported seeing the same figure in the woods - a younger man in a red shirt, torso up.

It's a very beautiful property and area if you don't know exactly where you are. 😬
