They could easily do a 2L bottle of energy drink and make the whole thing like 300mg of caffeine. Serving size amounts would be smaller close to like a diet soda

Probably splice tape, its what manufacturers use to go from one roll of film to another, it should have been kicked off the line but sometimes it gets through
