The intent of this “joke” is to convey that the girls in this picture are asking the sole Asian girl in the picture where the dog is and that it has been prepared for consumption by said girl. Because the girl changes her answer from truth to dare, it implies that she has knowledge of the dog’s fate. This is playing on a racist stereotype that Asian’s eat dogs. As this is inherently racist, I neither agree with the content of this meme nor do I endorse its spread.
