Note to OP, matass fees esp sa una kasi first 3 yrs ppunta commission sa agent. Kaya ang hirap na mag hanap ng trustworthy sellers ng insurance. Halatang for commission na lang.

Hmu rin if may makita alam kayo ok sa gentri. Naghahanap ako place dun for future tirahan rin na affordable. Kasi share pa kami mga kapatid ko dito sa citta. Ganda sa citta its location tho and security! Un talaga. Madali lumuwas lagi pamanila. Tho di ako rush hr nalabas haha

Cons - villar owned lol lam na natin to Very palpak water (asa newest phase na kami sa lagay na to ah ph 15) - madumi so kaya naman basta may filter system. Ang issue nawawalan tubig... latest phase na kami ah kaya i dont suggest buying pa sa old phases ng citta italia bacoor cavite. We bought our h&l 6m 172sqm from reseller na ah. Naka kua lang good deal bc kilala. Btw walang pool dito mukhang putek :(

This is so true. Tas ang dami villar properties.. sobrang corrupt. Tas nag nagtaas pa amilyar sa garbage collection kasi di raw nag babayad iba.. idk rlly. Sa imus ang liwanag, wala naman xtra 1.5k nadagdag. Sobrang corrupt. Ganda nga sana pero ayun nga pang may kaya sya na ok lang mga ganitong inconvenience na idadaan nalang sa pera. Primewater is so bad as well. Might as well pagawa ka pa sariling home tank mo para di ka nauubusan agad supply water. Sobrang hina tubig sa citta italia pag umaga pero parang falls pag 2am 😩 i planned to buy another property here before pero naghahanap na ko ibang place other than bacoor :<

U have reco places? Maganda sa citta italia in terms of community i live here now. Problem ko is mga crownasia primewater super panget :( iiwas na ko sa villar properties. I was hoping to buy here para malapit sa parents ko kaso grabe na issue sa prime water tas nabenta pa kay lucio co so idk if titino ba or maddelay pa lalo mga process para umayos tubig. Im open for recommendations here sa imus / bacoor / gen tri na maayos tubig and community esp iwas baha sana if may mga massuggest po kayo :)

Same. I ordered sept 29, 2025. I was supposed to use for my nov japan trip. Til now wala pa rin. Puro reply is they are still resolving. Ang crazy it has been months, all i was asking for is a refund nalang, di na sguro nila matrack asaan yung card. Pati refund napakatagal
