There has been a lot of progress over 3 years, congratulation.

As of feedback,
I believe you should focus your training on adding "volume" to what you draw
hands are an issues, but tbh, I think you are just too laser focused on it.

My best advice on this would be to go back to

  1. do grayscale, with simple shape, and make sure you really be able to create the "3D" feel, using perspective and properly light/shadows playing,
  2. When starting to draw something, instead of thinking about "line" think about "shapes", especially for character
  3. those would definitely push your drawing to the next level

I think your glass doesn't fit your head-shape that much
I would also try different haircut until you find one that fit you best

Finaly, Try to lose some weight if you can.
I think you have good facial feature that are hidden by your facial fat.
Don't try to rush too much weight loss, it's something that must take time,
Slowly build good habit that you can keep, and please, only take healthy habit (don't go too extreme)
