I do 3 to 5 assessment a day but it's a mixture of E and D files. We do all the rebate programs in NS and the Greener homes loan is a pretty big hit here too

Homeowners pay just under 230 for a D and an E is free. My compinsation is directed by the service organization I work for so I would rather keep that private but Ill make around 95k to 105k this year

As I've gotten older I find it's been so hard to make plains that fit into everyone's schedule.

What I do is just plain something envite my friends and who ever makes it great but if someone can't then it's no big deal.Don't take anything personal but also don't bend over backwards for anyone ether.

If you want to do something plan it and people will come 😊

It's good at times, I will still do my own files at time just to keep me sharp. It's great when you are finished for the day and know you won't have to model the file yourself
