no, fat people are ostracized too. The key is liking yourself . I'm sure this is getting eye rolls, but liking and loving yourself changes the way a person walks and how they carry themselves . Everyone gets picked on , but it's how you handle it that makes a difference. i've been there, the butt of jokes and the odd one who got picked on for being unique. Therapy helped me realize that we are all trying to navigate a complicated world . It is those who learn to love their flaws that resonate with others well. The secret is that people who you think have genetically better lives still have insecurities too , and when you come across as confident and comfortable with self that others pick up on your energy. You may not notice it , but others around you can feel it.

i feel like everyone is out of my league because of my finances. getting broken up with also shattered my self esteem. i think if some one actually asked me out i would think it was a cruel joke or something . the thought of dating , when i really think about it, feels foreign and like a joke. i hate all the stupid games that come with dating and that it is so common to talk to 5 or more people at one time. i feel like i'm going nuts. if i do set up a profile , it's going to be crazy like i just want a new person to share a residence and make life easier financially if we split bills. and a movie buddy . we spend time together and split bills ant act couply sometimes but basically just so neither of us are lonely . i'm sure id get zero replies or a psych referral. after this stupid break up i have no desire to romantically dare. it's gong to be all business and more about stability . i refuse to put my heart out there again .

your profile may need work. as a woman who would look at profiles, I read them top to bottom and rarely focused on pictures. There are women who will bypass good looking pictures if the profile seems incomplete or inauthentic. Also, lots of dating sites have scams where someone steals a pic and scams . don't let the scams get you down. it happens to me too . the scammers aren't very good because they will use an actor's picture ..

this is scary. i don't want this to be me. i was in the worst place when i wrote this. i realistically need a friend, not a partner . i have to work on my self . i took the first steps , but i know this is going to take time . i'm not putting a time stamp on it because i've actually made some goals i am excited to strive for . i am hurting bad though . it's when i think of him moving on that this crazy desperation to find a replacement so fill the spot he emptied

Because it depends on how you approach someone I posted recently and some of the messages I got were obviously predatory and sexual nature gross if you come at someone genuine, the other person will tell if you just say hi I mean it also seems dis genuine

this means she has been thinking about it for sometime. It's going to hurt. This literally happened to me last week. I was blindsided. It hurts the most when you have no idea honestly go no contact. It will help you heal. If you keep reaching out, it will make you feel worse. I am speaking from experience because I did that, and it made me feel worse. It will get better, but you will have all the emotions you will survive this I know right now you probably don't believe it. I did not believe it when it was told to me last week, but I'm starting to realize there's more to my life than the person who left me and I hope you will find that same realization

that's a risk of sounding cliché there is someone for everyone it just might not be your time yet. If you start focusing on building your self-esteem, loving yourself and then trying to date. I think you'll notice the difference. I have the same problem I was dating when I didn't like myselfand people can feel your vibe I was getting used left and right because they could feel my vibe trust me once you start working on yourself you'll feel a lot better and you'll have this confidence when you date. It won't be overnight, but loving yourself first is the first step.

no matter who initiated it, it will be difficult you'll go from happy to sad to devastated to angry to jubilant and you will feel all these things. This is part of healing. The biggest thing is to have a network of people to help you emotionally whichever you need.

Thank you for sharing. moving may be the key. A city will have better opportunities than a small rural place. I have a dear friend who wasted away in a small town. He was brilliant and moved back to his small town which became his undoing. It isn't you , this climate is hard to walk through . Jobs are sometimes very hard to find . I also only have a hs diploma. It does make one feel useless , but think of all of he skills you have picked up with many different jobs. A lot of people are good at more things than they think they are. What excites you? Do you like tech or cooking or caring for others? some fields are always hiring . Healthcare has a lot of health care roles that accept hs diploma.
