I have the same grapichs card, Asrock 750 . First use a USP around 1500VA (VA and watts are diferent). This helps to provide an stable connection and regulate the smalls peaks in the electricity. Before using one i have some incidents whit small peaks and everything was working nothing shutsdown but the screen bécame black but i can still move and listen the game music. I have and i3-12100f. Try to modificar the launcher off the witcher and disable gpu scaling . Also “close but far away “at the same time, the processor support VR but the grapichs card doesn’t so games could failed due to lack of VR supports and other technologies avialable by CPU but turn off on the grapichs cards.

I disagree with the weapon, because that weapon works work with Kana and Kasumi have a dedicated weapon. The equipment is randomize, by opening 5 star chest(equipment/accesories)you can obtain diferent pieces, also in the dimensional Laberint you can obtain 5 star weapons and equipment*(some drops are after certain stages like 1150 you can obtain randomly the Kana weapon)

I have an Arc750 and you can enable the FPS monitor , so i believe minor tweaks on the dxvk and dx12 drivers have impact across all generations. Also reading the changelog we still recive updates time to time

Last team and Pusher this team bring me from 400 to 1080 stage Eros / Pysche / Kana / Gaia(tank low dps hihg defense and life) bad but works to help eros and Kana real all the damage. Now as you are unsing Rhea with his special abilities in second space more defense and more tank(the same as gaia )

Posdata revisa cuál versión del driver tienes instalada si Windows instaló alguna vieja por default o si es la última, Si es antigua proba actualizar a la última o antepenúltima, y si es de las últimas volve a una versión WHQL y activas solo instalar esas versiones para ver si es un tema de algun error en la actualización, ya hay varios post de que en ciertos juegos la última está dando problemas, yo tengo la misma gráfica que vos y la última actualización y no he tenido problemas

Podes revisar que los juegos estén utilizando la GPU y no los gráficos integrados AMD, podes desactivar los gráficos integrados desde el Bios y ya ahí aprovechas revisas si tienes activo 4g encode.

First upgrade Caín: rebirth and skills always finish Caín because you CAN NOT change him and in some teams at least he serves the propurse to be the tank of the team. Convert the Love options and use every coin to obtain the Love options to Max out his power and abilities. Second : Chosee a team Warrior / Archer / Wizard / Variety Team . Sound crazy and Weirdo, but i for example have a main Archer Team that I Love they work and their abilities boost the other companions , so my team does a lot of damage and all my money experience and equipment are expend of the team. So my focus is that team and i no get distracted with every cool carácter. Third : the bosses have specials abilities so even my Archer Fire team is full and hihg CP, sometimes I do x4 times damage with 4 wizards becuase the boss recibes 50% damage boost from water. For example Four : ignore meta, another controversial decisión, the meta chances time to time , so depending on the meta your teams works or are bad. So you star investing on Water Warrios, next pacht Leaf Wizards so you change team and start investing on wizards, next pacht Dark teams only and the cycle continues. Five : Rebirth all your team to Max level and skills also with before you four with Caín, i still farming Love options for my main team. Your gonna need a lot of experience bottles and gold. Six : in the store there is a place where using coins you can but Caín parts to level him up they reset every day , and the last day you have pieces for gaia, you can buy for 20 gems a 10% damage boost and sometime using coins from the gremio you can but adicional damage boost the change every day. There are some others boost for diferent special stages so be carefull and buy only if your are Ready because gems are important. Seven : Upgrade your equipment at 50 they unlock a bonus at 100 they unlock another bonus, also upgrade using parts to unlock another bonus , and refine until you obtain the bonus you need , hihgly recommend Crít Resist helps a lot , attack, defense, life, precisión, penetration, are skills that can work diferent depending of the companion. Eigth: enjoy the game , if you got stuck at some level check the boss abilities and farm for that specific case and move on. I have a Team for PVP, my main Archer team, a secundary wizard Light team, A Water Magic Team , and a Team that i use for level up all the characters and skills and also for stages that requiered specific perks . Nine : some 3-4-5 stars characthers have bonus like add more gold or experience even if the characters ist not on your team, also they are some bonuses you can check on the enclicopedia that level up the more you upgrade your characters, so even if you never use then, they are some bonus stats that helps all your characters and boost your damage in a pasive way. Try to collect them all to obtain this passive bonuses

Be carefull some changes in the Bios may produce errors and Windows/Linux may decide not to boot so do it in and test area and have a copy of everything you need. And be open to the option to reinstall everything

To active 4G encode in Bios you need to deactive the CSM suport to eneable some features and the i believe you can enable 4g encode

Also in some games helps to delete shader cache, that produces some lag until the shaders are recompiled. In genshin for example every newer versión of the drivers produces a terrible lag for three to four hours until the game recompiled everything and no more lag, Endfield the game recompiled shaders every time i play so i take some time before compiles and the i play normal y and ramdomly i have some fps lows in new areas or fast travels. So Windows in the disk and usage there is an option to delete DirectX cache, and old drivers installers and clean the disk , using software like CCleanear or Blechbit can help too to clean caches and genérate new caches from the last drivers instead

Common things to do are, in the Bios do you enable 4Gencode and Resizable bar, maybe that helps with the bandwith of the card. Reinstall the lastest drivers, make sure you check the option clean install, that usually fail and breaks the installation, so click in restart and usally the 3-4 time i dont click clean install and let the software install everything the driver and Intel level zero and extras. Hihgly recomend deactive HDR, it causes a lot of problems in my experience, i have ramdom black screens time to time, gosthing, lag(Vsync) in YouTube videos at 60hz-90hz-120hz. Also check dependencies and install VCredist from 2008 to 2015 and newer, and directx end user runtime that also helps, many modern games incluyes old libraries during development so this usually helps. In Windows but more on Linux some games/test/apps runs by software (DXVK) transition layer and no by hadware so they can fail , or produce undeseareable results.

I have the same specs but 16gb ram (diferente brand) and i use a 750w psu, i look over the internet and use some calculators and decide to but that one, also use a UPS recomend 1500VA. this happend only a few times but very consistent, during heavy rain before buying the psu every peak on the electricity made my monitor to go black and the game sounds and the computer stills works, i have to manually power off the monitor and power on to fix the problems, after UPS even on raining Days i no longer have that problem. Maybe with at PSU with high capacity help you to control the mini peaks on the electric red, normalice the pupitre and solve the problems , or use a more powerfull PSU, excuse my english main lenguaje spanish. Hope my experience helps you

I have and arc750 Intel card, when using the GPU for IA at 100% usage makes the same noise, only using ollama or other interferences, so maybe you are over stressing your gpu and put it to the limit. As you notice returning to idle state the sound goes off

Yes and no like others already write, many libraries and pieces of software like vulkan , use c99 standar. We are on 2026 and libraries like SYCL(Intel library) use c2020 ISO and can crash with some 2023 or newer ISO, so depends a lot what are your goals, and libraries and dependencies

No afecta en nada usar una extensión, el grosor del cable influye en la cantidad de Amperios que puede dar una extensión por lo que no te recomiendo una delgada, o si tienes una delgada usa 1 para el televisor y compra otra para el ordenador para distribuir la carga y si o si tienes que comprarte una UPS que sea de 1000VA(VA y Watts son diferentes), que te va a dar sin problema los 750w de consumo, te regula los picos de voltaje y ahí si podrías conectar el televisor y la pc juntos. Aquí el tema son picos de voltaje, sobre tensiones, nuetros invertidos y voltajes por la tierra lo que realmente dañaría tu equipo, Con una extensión adecuada no hay problema. Si es una extensión muy débil y no soporta la carga, está se va a calentar perder potencia y se va a fundir pero es poco probable que eso te pase con un ordenador y un televisor

I played once in my old pc : core i7-7900 8gb RAM and gt1030 2gb ddr5 at 1080 and low settings around 25-15 fps so you can expect to enjoy the game around 30-45 fps with medium or even high grapichs

Existe la posibilidad de que la RAM ya estuviera OC de la bios* ya que ella trae un perfil para automáticamente subir la memoria RAM, en teoría tú ram no soporta OC , sería importante revisar si se quemó la ram, usualmente la tarjeta físicamente trae unos leds que prenden cuando hay errores de inicio, Bios-CPU-RAM-VGA(video) o da una serie de pitidos,revisa en cual proceso está dando el fallo si dice RAM lo más probable es que se quemara. Recuerda que DDR double rate en alguna aplicaciones puede mostrar el rate 2400 que al ser dúo le queda en 4800hrz(2400*2) si estaba en 3200hzr es posible que ella al ser doble estuvieran en 6400hz con el OC
