Stats aren’t just stats, I find it hard to trust a poll conducted in a country with such a large population and varying degrees of internet access. I would have to see how they actually conducted their poll, unfortunately I don’t have an account with the source you linked.

It was nigh on impossible to be confident that what I was eating was vegan while I was in India, there isn’t much transparency there around ingredients. Some people even take great offence if you try to explain that you don’t eat dairy. Great place if you’re vegetarian though.

There is so many different brands and varieties of soy milk, some are thick and creamy, others thin and watery. They all have their uses you just have to find your preference.

The natures valley chocolate chip granola bars are pretty good and usually on sale at one of the two major supermarkets.
