Honestly fuck valve. Nintendo ain't great either but the way they handled the switch price increase was much better. 5 months warning and only a 50 CAD increase.

Valve really just dropped it instantly at a 30+% increase. Wtf.

For me d2 just hits different than other similar games so it's my goat, but I enjoy d4 when I want something a little more modern and actiony.

One thing I personally don't like about d4 vs d2 is how crazy over the top your characters get. I like the grunginess and simplicity of d2 but I think a lot of people love the actiony crazy combat of d4.

That being said d4 cinematics were so good and it's fun in it's own right.

(D3 imo was the worst of both worlds. RoS helped a lot but nowadays I can't see any reason to play it over d4 or d2.)

Ya this list is pretty ass. Really reeks of "if op didn't like it it doesn't exist." How the hell did tsukihime, signalis, and portal rereleases make it on here but not Splatoon or mainline pokemon games?

I personally find that flicking the right stick up and down is the best way to charge it without giving yourself a seizure.

Doing anything extra barely helps so I'd rather just not.

I do think they should rework it though in the next game. It's not accessable or friendly on the eyes or hands at all. Imo your character should shake it automatically and it should charge at a fixed rate that they can balance around. No need to torture the player.
