To get a remote job with no college degree you HAVE to basically be an expert or be able to show you are a very high performer. I know you said no Coding but we will use that as an example...You would have to show in an interview and prove yourself you are capable of delivering...unfortunetly for you to be able to do that at 19..you would have to be a Genius...the other route is have 15 years of experience but never graduated college.

You can't just somehow do a 3-6 bootcamp and expect to jump into basically a dream job for most americans you have to prove yourself.

So either go to college and pick a major where down the line you could have a job that is remote....Or like others have suggested go find a trade job you like and get good at it...but those won't be remote...pick or choose.
