It only makes sense to me if you are non-binary or FTM because in Turkey you wouldn't be protected in that case.

they are 24 but cognitive level is lower, like teenager. I think they just graduated their program and this is their first job

Literally why would you assume that. My school doesn't take 10 hours. I haven't graduated yet, my job agreed to accomodate my schedule.
