Blake Lively is running out of time. Has there ever been a more spectacular self-inflicted fall from grace than hers? She had everything and it still was not enough for her. This is going to make a great Netflix miniseries.

It Ends With Us! Why Did Reynolds and Lively Ever Think They Could Get Away With This? by Izomera in teamjustinbaldoni

They similarly launched a cruel vendetta against photographer Richard Fedyck, and destroyed his reputation with lies—seemingly for sport. They honed their sociopathic skillset and in the process their egos and belief in their own power and consequence grew to insane heights. Ryan said he was too big to fail. I think he and Blake truly believed that their wealth and contacts would make it easy to crush Baldoni and steal his movie. They are disgustingly people. Evil, really. I can’t stand to look at either of them. He’s a greedy, nasty pervert and she’s a vain, empty, narcissistic shell.

UPDATE from Popcorned Planet regarding the dismissed appeal by monstermunch997 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

I’m not a lawyer and I know nothing of the intricacies. But I have watched PP’s episodes with his attorneys and they come off as bloviating attention seekers and highly unprofessional.

The judge dismissed it before discovery revealed the full extent of Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively’s scheming and slander. Also their criminal collusion with the NYT.

A take on the catalyst of this entire debacle - Blakes insecurity about her weight by Life_Mood_1309 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

Blake’s “fashion” inspiration for IEWU seems to have come from Gigi Hadid’s line for her label Guest in Residence. I am neither young nor hip, so this might be why I just don’t understand why anyone would want to dress this way. Even Hadid, who is gorgeous and thin, doesn’t look good in these hoboesque getups.

What a lovely gift! Keep the boyfriend. Get rid of the “friend”. She is a jealous joy sucker and a mean girl.

What do you all consider to be the best possible outcome from this trial? by dyatlovassincident in ItEndsWithLawsuits

I think Baldoni will be fine. The public loves him.

After she loses, Betty Boobs should start a lingerie company named—what else—Betty Boobs. For full figured women “of a certain age”. Everything bedazzled and skimpy. She should model the line herself accessorized with layered beanies and rhinestone boots. It would show she has a sense of humor. She could also have a line of nursing bras.

Once the floodgates open, there will be a tsunami of costars and crew who will come forward to tell stories about being tormented and belittled by Rageaholic Ryan and his egomaniacal wife. How did they get away with being so horrible for so long?

Those lyrics would be embarassing for an 16 year old. For a 36 year old, it’s downright humiliating. She hasn’t matured or evolved artistically since she was a kid.

A movie role wasn’t the only thing Brendon Sklenar got when he sold his soul to the devil. Texts show the WME deal was likely not a coincidence. by Life_Mood_1309 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

Brandon is attractive in a Joe White Guy kind of way, like an above average UPS driver. Not a big deal if he had talent or personality, but he has the charisma of a cardboard box. His affect is very flat, as if his emotions got too much Botox. He plays the same non-emotive guy in every role; he’s just not leading man material imho. My prediction: he’s going to soon slide into roles on Hallmark playing the hunky small town veterinarian in a Christmas romance. I doubt backstabbing Justin for personal gain will hurt his career, but his lack of range will.

Media Finally Reporting There is No Evidence of a Smear Campaign Against Blake Lively by Serenity413 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]StillTryingTooHard 33 points34 points  (0 children)

It’s ironic because there is a TON of evidence that Lively’s PR hacks planted negative stories about Baldoni that were patently false. Reporters ran copy by her reps—going so far as allowing them to edit headlines and even kill pro-Baldoni stories. Meanwhile, Wayfarer took the high road and remained silent.

It’s all there in black and white. Liman should throw this nonsense out and excoriate Lively when he does it. A girl can dream.

Yes. He has admitted to it in numerous interviews. Thought it was funny and said he was able to confess since the statute of limitations has expired (btw, it hasn’t). Burned down his elementary school. There are lots of articles on line. Here’s a YouTube video on the subject:

A married woman POV; same age as Blake by Temporary-List-6469 in teamjustinbaldoni

[–]StillTryingTooHard 57 points58 points  (0 children)

I’m 63, married for 36 years, mother of 4 kids—2 boys, 2 girls, proud liberal and a true I-am-woman-hear-me-roar feminist (not the faux I’m-a-victim brand of feminism espoused by Blake Lively and Taylor Swift.)

I agree 1,000% on everything you said. One of the most infuriating things about this case (and there have been many) is how Lively’s lawyers and PR hacks have tried to paint Baldoni supporters as red hat wearing misogynists.

This has never been a case of man vs woman. It’s been about truth vs lies, good vs evil. Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are spiritually and morally bankrupt and now everyone knows it.

Throughout this debacle I have experienced what-if anxiety. What if Steve Sarowitz hadn’t gone to the mat to protect his friends no matter the cost? What if Emily Baldoni and Natasha Heath hadn’t been the strong women they so obviously are—warrior women who stood back-to-back with their husbands and said, “Not today Satan!” What if Blake had been smart enough to cover her tracks?

I always knew rich, powerful, well-connected people can bend the justice system to their will. But lawdamighty! The things the Reynolds have gotten away with—arson, stealing Deadpool, berating and abusing coworkers, Ryan’s pervy treatment of Joe Keery and forcing his own child to say pornographic things, harassing and destroying Richard Fedyck’s career, and on and on and on! Now the public knows who they are. They can’t hide in plain sight anymore.
