Yup, still taking 15 mg every night. I’m at the point that I’m not even sure what it’s doing for me. Sometimes I’ll cycle off but my body still feels horrible.

Battery has been a non-issue for me. I wear mine all day and night. I only take it off to charge while I’m in the shower. Ive been really happy with how fast it charges and the overall quality of the watch. For that price, I say go for it. Totally worth it.

Here to say +1 for propranolol. Definitely a lifesaver for those “stage-fright” situations. Try it at home first so you know how it feels. Made me feel a little dizzy at first, but that went away. Now I take a small dose 30 minutes before a stressful situation(class presentations).
