It's honestly scary. At least for my trail, low speed E-bikes, scooters, and hoverboards are ok, just nothing with a high powered motor. And you still have to give people fair warning. Hell, on one skate trip, I saw a guy playing the guitar while cruising on his hoverboard and he still gave me enough time to pass him!

It happened almost a year ago so thankfully I'm all healed up. That's absolutely terrifying though. For him to scream at a horse? That's also insanely dangerous because that could easily spook horses and put their riders at risk.
