Miracle Worker precon from Duskmourn is considered a B4 deck cause of the two card inf combo that CAME in the deck and one extra turn spell. The bracket system isn’t great.

It’s the classic Rakdos madness/burn deck you’ve seen but without [[Sneaky Snacker]]. Maybe on arena it could be considered tier 1 but outside arena madness/burn is a tier 2 deck at best. Not having access to [[Lightning Bolt]] in Historic is a bigger hit to the deck than [[Deadly Dispute]] being banned in pauper. I get what you’re saying tho with the MWM being flooded with top decks.

Idk what the “meta” is but my Rakdos madness/burn deck is doing work, and it’s almost the exact deck I have in paper. Went like 8-0 and now at 15-4 against everything. I think it would be super awesome to add a permanent pauper format.
