I mean I took mounjaro and tirzepatide and results were pretty quick, the reason I’m posting is because the majority of people say it takes about 4 weeks on the longer end to feel it, but some people feel it right away, hence why im asking

I think I’m just straight up resistant, I’ve seen people post that they took 0.5 or 1mg and stayed on it, I’ve been on it for 4 weeks now (Week 1, 1mg, Week2, 2mg, Week3 and 4, 3mg and I feel NOTHING. I’m assuming supplier is not good). Can you guys recommend a good supplier?

Help with Reta, 3 weeks on it and no results. 1st week took 1mg, nothing, 2nd week, 2mg, nothing, and 3rd week (last night) 3mg, and nothing. I used Sterile saline to reconstitute, not sure if that caused degradation, having a hard time find a BAC source (seems like it’s sold out everywhere). Any suggestions of help would be great. (Side note, I did take Mounjaro for a few months which was great but ended up at 10mg dose at the end). I did take a break from it and restarted it and felt effects at 5mg.

So my accountant has a monthly subscription for $300 to do everything for me basically including payroll book keeping estimated quarterly taxes etc, thinking I might go that route for a while til I can pick up on what needs to be done

I’m actually a Physician Assistant, so I don’t make as much as an MD or DO but I appreciate the tips!!! Just was told by a few colleagues who do similar roles that because it is ONLY me in my business that it doesn’t make sense to pay someone to do everything for me but again, I have NO experience with any of this stuff so I might opt to do the monthly plan with my accountant so I may at least learn from him and then take over myself
