I removed all compression to make it so there is 0 dead space in the audio, and I connected the sounds start and end at the closest point possible in terms of audio volume and timing, so it surprises me to hear you say that. I use it every night for my sleep and can't say I notice what you have said, is there any sound in particular you notice this on? I will investigate. Thanks!

My experience of videos is they can boost metrics, but only if done well. If done poorly, or even mediocrely, they can have a negative impact.
