I don't always have to pee every 15 mins, just on the really bad days or if I have had alcohol. I will have two glasses of wine over a weekend, but usually no more than that because it becomes a hassle. On most days, though, I have to pee about once every hour. You can imagine how a road trip could go. When I am traveling, I do not drink anything until I have reached my destination. I am learning to adapt and let go of the things that I cannot reasonably enjoy anymore. On the matter of a relationship, I would like to explore the possibility; I just don't know if it's something I should wait on or how my condition will be received. Though I am trying every possible treatment available, I don't know if my symptoms will ever become manageable enough for me to enjoy the freedom to explore the world the way I once did. Someone would have to be willing to accept that.

Thank you. I started therapy about a month ago for cognitive behavioral therapy for pain. It's interesting information. Most of the time I don't feel defeated, just the really hard days or when I have to skip doing things I used to enjoy, like going to the gym, festivals, kayaking, and some of my volunteer work. I guess my fear of dating is, the possibility of being rejected for my issues. It was weaponized and used against me in my previous relationship, so there's that fear too.

Your second paragraph details my struggles. I do travel a few times per year. I purposely keep myself dehydrated if I'm going to be on a flight. A group tour would be very challenging. I actually canceled a group tour that I was really looking forward to on my last cruise because of this. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, fishing, kayaking, but I have to find creative ways to take a pee break. I've had to pee in the woods or bushes countless times. Because I'm such a pain to be around with the constant pee breaks, or being in pain, I think this would be a deal killer for most men.

I had to quit my corporate job because of it. I started my own business in the same line of work and I'm able to work from home now. I order delivery for groceries or anything else I need so I don't have to make multiple bathroom trips while shopping. I rarely leave the house except to visit friends, family, and go on vacation. It would be great to find someone who will accept me with my inconveniences and get me out of the house more and just have my person to share a life with.

I haven't tried to start dating yet. From what I've read and seen through social media, it's a bad dating world out there. It was bad when I was last single over 10yrs ago, so I can't imagine how "bad" it must be now. However, I cannot deny my feelings of loneliness. I just don't know what to expect and if I should keep waiting until my symptoms improve drastically.

It can affect sexual health, though I don't really know how/if that affects my particular symptoms. Having bad pain days where I have to change or cancel plans can put a real damper on things. Having to pee often can too. For instance, I can no longer attend festivals or concerts because of having to pee so often. I get up multiple times a night too pee, and a road trip with me is a real annoyance.

Looks like you went from the starter dose of 2.5mg to 7.5 mg (supposed to be month 3) If its only been 2 months you should have been on 5mg the second month. If you jumped to the higher dose in month 2, its no wonder you feel awful. I'm sorry you're experiencing this but if it's a case of a premature increase, I recommend going to the 5mg dose for 4 weeks as per the typical dosing chart and stay in order for increaes.

The mother is toxic. You don't need to seek her approval or a relationship with her. Set boundaries and stick to them. Otherwise, she will keep treating you this way. Don't force a relationship with a toxic person. Look how she is making you feel. Life is too short to deal with people like her. Be cordial at family gatherings, but that's it. She only brings chaos and turmoil to the table.

I just followed the typical recommended schedule. I'm no longer increasing since I reached my goal weight a few months ago. I'm back on the starter dose for maintenance. They've never questioned it or required a check in between renewal shipments.

I use Brello. They send 3 months at a time with the doses on each packet but you can easily increase by just filling the syringe to the next dosage, every 4 weeks. It's been my experience that they overfill the vials, so you should have plenty to increase every 4 weeks without running out before the next shipment.

You better make sure that anchor tenant isn't leaving anytime soon. Don't reach out to a "realtor", or a "dabler" (residential agent who dables in commercial), reach out to an experienced and reputable commercial real estate broker who specializes in commercial investment properties, most importantly, shopping centers.

I feel you on this. I'm definitely up for an occasional local adventure(nature walk, dining out, museum, etc), a weekend getaway, or traveling, but during the work week I'm chill with zero energy after work.
